We had a Heat Pump and Air Handler installed this week at our lake home trailer. Provisional could not have been any better. They arrived on time, scheduled the Electrician appropriately and was even supported by the office when the needed additional parts. The two installers worked diligently all day and left the job spotless! I felt so warn out for them. We could not be more pleased by the job they did!

Travis Chandler came out to service our furnace. We were getting 0 heat from our system. It was a simple problem of the gas being turned off during a water heater repair, and not turned back on. He could have suggested more issues and needs to make it a more profitable job, but stayed honest.Travis made sure that was the only problem and cleaned our heat sensor as a bonus. He was pleasant, efficient, honest, and helpful.

Impressive communication from booking the appointment, status notifications regarding arrival time, and Tech Robert Foust's clearly explaining his examination and findings. We have a newer style Bosch heat pump and I wanted to get it checked up before the winter weather hit. I wanted to find a package for fall/spring that would allow me to get my hvac/furnace checked twice yearly and came across Provision and their Comfort Club membership. I scheduled my fall service with ease and had my system checked just a few days ago. Dennis K was my hvac tech, he arrived in a very clean work van and was very courteous. After about an hour, he let me know that he found high pressure in the heat pump unit while it was in cooling mode and told me that by increasing the fan speed, it could alleviate the issue. He stated that he did not want to remove any freon from the system unless he had to, and it appeared to him that the pressure in the system went down after he bumped the speed of the fan up. Dennis was thorough, knowledgable, friendly, and careful around my garage/cars and utility closet. And thank you to Angel at Provision for scheduling me up as well as taking my payment information. Everyone I've spoken to at Provision has been very professional and friendly. I look forward to doing business with them for the foreseeable future when it comes to my hvac system.

We used Provision HVAC for a furnace repair and had a great experience. They came out, figured out the problem quickly, and got everything taken care of. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. It's always nice dealing with a company that knows what they're doing and doesn't make things more complicated than they need to be. Great service all around. We'll definitely be using Provision again!

Worked with provision to install a new HVAC system in our house. Work with vitaliy which is the owner of provision. He is extremely knowledgeable on his products. We Purchased a trane high efficiency furnace. To our surprise he was a lot less expensive than the competition in Spokane. His install technician Robert did a fantastic job of the install. Robert also is very knowledgeable on the products they install. He did a absolute beautiful job of installing our HVAC system. He also took the time to install a new thermostat and show us how to use it and how to set it up. He ran the heat pump and our furnace through all the modes and thoroughly checked everything out. Including the heat differentials and cooling differentials. I would highly recommend provision to anybody looking for a new HVAC system. They also do service work

After having a big (pink) hvac company out and being told we need to replace our heat exchanger or get a new furnace, we were so thankful for provision coming out for a second opinion and saving us thousands of dollars by simply finding and solving the real issue. They quickly identified and cleared a clog that allowed our furnace to continue doing its job! What a relief! They are very affordable and efficient, and most importantly trustworthy.
